Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationship;
- Understand customers’ requirement and develop plans to drive them and Involve in all activities with customers;
- Promote high-quality with customers service processes;
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships;
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships;
- Explore opportunities to achieve sales targets with pre-sales team;
- Pro-actively deliver new sales into existing customer portfolio;
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively;
Requirements:
- Bachelor/master degree in telecommunication, IT and Electronic and in business administration or related filed;
- Has sales experience in Public Security, Electric, e-Government industry with proven track record;
- High achievers who are ambitious, energetic, independent, and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment;
- Has strong Knowledge of customer relationship management;
- Has experience such as CISCO, IBM, EMC, DELL and HP, enterprise is referable;
- Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese is preferable);
- Has experience in sales or customer relationship;
- Good at problem-solving attitude, teamwork and leadership skills.
