• Compliance: Employers must ensure that job postings comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations in Laos.
• Prohibitions: Job seekers must not submit false credentials, impersonate others, or apply for jobs fraudulently.
• Illegal Activity: Users must not engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or uploading malicious code.

4. Job Postings and Applications

• Employer Responsibility: Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the job listings they post. 108.jobs does not guarantee the quality or safety of the jobs advertised.
• Job Seeker Acknowledgment: Job seekers acknowledge that applying for a job does not guarantee an interview or employment.
• Third-Party Agreements: 108.jobs is a platform to connect parties. We are not a party to any employment contract or agreement made between employers and job seekers.

5. Payment and Subscription

Certain services on 108.jobs (such as featured job postings or resume database access) may require payment.

• No Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement or required by law.
