We are currently seeking for the Contract Commerce and Fulfillment Management (CCFM) (1 Outsourced position) based in Vientiane.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently organize the comprehensive decision-making of large projects and discover and analyze problems regarding standard exercising of authority.
• Discover problems about process compliance and system applications, and give recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in the maintenance of the authorization, standard contract, and quality management system and associated policies and help drive the implementation of the managerial work and policies.
• Take charge of the commercial bidding and solution design for large projects as well as functional reviews on the commercial and legal affairs of small- and medium-sized projects.
• Assist in organizing operations of negotiation project teams and participate in the negotiation on commercial solutions and terms & conditions.
• Build up contract & negotiation platforms

General Requirements:

• Good command in Chinese and English, both communication and writing as a must.
• Fresh graduates with high commands of Chinese and English and high enthusiasm to learn is welcomed to apply.
• Major in legal profession is preferred.
