Senior Officer - Credit Operations (Based Vientiane)

Job Description

• Ensure quality of credit servicing operation and credit post approval.
• Formulate and improve the operation management regulations and operating processes.
• Organize and supervise implementation by employees of the department.
• Implement and upgrade of core systems and other business systems; continuously improve efficiency.
• Ensure process to confirm appraisal results provided by appraisal companies; collect and review original appraisal reports from the appraisal companies.
• Summarize and prepare performance report for management.
• Provide support and help team to solve problem related to day-to-day operations.
• Participate in test of new business system.
• Perform other tasks as assigned from KBank.

Qualification

• At least a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business administration or related fields with legal background.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, money, capital market, financial instruments, and law.
• Advanced analytical, financial analysis, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
