PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

• Freight Forwarding Manager with responsibilities for majority management duties of Laos.
• Responsibilities managing the day-to-day operations and commercial activities. This position combines leadership in operations with a focus on driving business growth through customer relationships, operational efficiency, and market development within the logistic industry, special in Freight Management

RESPONSIBILITY:

• To build and lead OPS & Commercial team in Laos side in line with Company strategy.
• Ensure the satisfy of customer in highest level.
• Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company.
• To organize, measure and take corrective action in order to ensure that service quality meets customer requirements and Service standards.
• Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
• Manage P&L to ensure cost efficiency
• Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years in Operations Management experience ideally served managing a direct Express, Courier, freight forwarding / international courier / delivery or B2B oriented business services depot
• Previous experience in people management is essential
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluent in English and Khmer is a must
• Related certificates in logistics & supply chain are advantageous
• Chinese speaker is an advantage
