We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the following position:

Position: Business Development and Marketing Executive

Responsibility:

• Identify and acquire new-to-bank customers
• Promote the Bank’s products and services including loans, deposits, trade finance, cash management, treasury and e-banking solutions
• Conduct basic financial analysis and customer assessments
• Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities
• Support smooth onboarding and handover of new customers
• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, KYC and Bank policies
• Track sales pipeline and achieve business targets

 Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing within the banking industry

• Knowledge of banking products and credit assessment

• Strong business development and sales skills

• Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented with good negotiation skills
