Position: Financial Accountant

Department: Finance Department

Report To: CRO & M.D

Location: Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR

Job Summary

The Financial Accountant will support and strengthen the company’s financial operations, accounting processes, and internal control framework. This position has strong future growth potential and may be considered for future Finance team leadership based on performance and capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance Operations
  1. Process and monitor daily payments and financial transactions
  2. Ensure timely payment to lenders, vendors, and related parties
  3. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions
• Accounting & Reporting
  1. Record accounting transactions accurately
  2. Support monthly closing and reconciliation
  3. Assist in preparation of financial and management reports
• Cash Flow & Loan Management
  1. Monitor loan disbursement and repayment schedules
  2. Support cash flow management and fund utilization tracking
• Compliance & Internal Control
  1. Maintain proper documentation and approval workflow
  2. Support internal and external audit activities
  3. Ensure compliance with company policy and regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  2. Minimum 7 years of related experience preferred
  3. Experience in leasing, banking, or financial institutions is an advantage
• Skills & Competencies
  1. Strong accounting and finance knowledge
  2. Good understanding of financial operations and reporting
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  4. Good Excel skills
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  6. Strong responsibility and integrity
  7. Leadership potential and willingness to grow
