1 Job Description

• To research laws and regulations and provide advices for the Company’s business and operation, especially in the sector of telecommunications, postal, transportation and logistics
• To draft, review internal policies, regulations and process of the Company pursuant to the Lao laws and regulations, especially those on telecommunications, postal, transportation and logistics
• To draft, review, negotiate contracts with partners of the Company;
• To check the departments’ compliance with laws and regulations and the Company’s internal regulations and procedures
• To prepare application for licenses, permits, certificates, approvals from related competent authorities
• Other tasks related to corporate governance
• Other related tasks as the Legal Manager’s request

2 Requirement Details

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law from recognized university in Laos or Vietnam, Master Degree or Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate preferred
• At least 1-year-experience in a Tier-1 law firm in Laos or in a Legal Department of a Telecommunications Service Provider preferred
• Experience in regulatory affairs with Ministry of Technology and Communications, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Ministry of Finance, or General Tax Department is an advantage
• Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate, telecommunications, postal, transportation laws and regulations
• Eager to travel domestically and internationally for business needs
• Fluent in English or Vietnamese, both written and verbal preferred
• Able to analyze situations and information
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Be enthusiastic and have spirit of responsibility
