About Company:

Burapha Agroforestry is a plantation and wood products company with established eucalyptus plantations and plywood mill in Laos. Established in 1993, the company has a goal of developing a timber plantation asset in Laos large enough to serve as the primary wood supplier for a major industrial operation. 

This role will be based at Nabong Nursery, Seanoudome village, Xaythany District, Vientiane Capital, Site base roster 11 days on 3 days off.

Job Overview

Operate belong department task/ດຳເນິນວຽກພາຍໃຕ້ວຽກຂອງໜ່ວຍງານ:

• Tree improvement program and R&D nursery in field and station work for support on control pollination, genetic collection (input), R&D seedling propagation, which including general management of Breeding Garden and Clone Bank for weed control, fertilizer and irrigation /ໂຄງການປັບປຸງພັນພືດ, ພັດທະນາ-ຄົນຄວ້າວິໄຈຫາສາຍພັນໄມ້ ຫຼືພືດຊະນິດໃໝ່ ແລະສວນກ້າ ເຊີງສະໜັບສະໜຸນຊອຍວຽກທັ້ງວຽກພາກສະໜາມ ແລະສະຖານີເຮັດວຽກ  ກ່ຽວກັບການຄວບຄຸມການຜະສົມພັນດອກໄມ້, ການເກັບໂຕຍ່າງພືດ, ການຜະລິດເບ້ຍໄມ້ ແລະລວມເທີງການຈັດການທົ່ວໄປ (ເສຍຫຍ້າ ໃສ່ປຸ໋ຍ ຕັດແຕ່ງຕົ້ນ/ງ່າໄມ້ ແລະໃຫ້ນ້ຳ) ໃນສວນຜະສົມພັນພືດ ແລະແປງແມ່ພັນໄມ້
• Support for R&D trial operation, including trial establishment, management and data collection/ສະໜັບສະໜຸນຊອຍວຽກງານທົດລອງ ໃນການສ້າງສວນທົດລອງ, ການຈັດການສວນທົດລອງ ແລະການເກັບກຳຂໍ້ມູນສວນທົດລອງ

Key Responsibilities: 

Support for ground operation of the department tasks as following/ສະໜັບສະໜຸນຊອຍວຽກງານພາກພື້ນ ຫຼືວຽກສະໜາມຊອງພະແໜກດັງນີ້:

• Work for control pollination at Breeding Garden / ເຮັດວຽກກ່ຽວກັບການຜະສົມພັນພືດ ໃນສວນຜະສົມພັນ
• Work for potential genetic collection in filed of scion collection and grafting operation /ເຮັດວຽກກ່ຽວກັບການເກັບໂຕຍ່າງພັນພືດ ແລະການຂະຍາຍພັນພືດ
• Support to managing for Breeding Garden, Clone bank of weeding, fertilizer and irrigation management /ສະໜັບສະໜຸນຊອຍວຽກເພື່ອຈັດການສວນຜະສົມພັນ ແລະສວນແມ່ພັນພືດ (ເສຍຫຍ້າ ໃສ່ປຸ໋ຍ ຕັດແຕ່ງຕົ້ນ/ງ່າໄມ້ ແລະໃຫ້ນ້ຳ)
• Support for R&D seedling propagation as each purposed /ສະໜັບສະໜຸນຊອຍວຽກ ເພື່ອການຜະລິດເບ້ຍໄມ້
• Support for R&D trial operation, including materials preparation, trial establishment, trial management and data collection/ສະໜັບສະໜຸນຊອຍວຽກ ສະໜັບສະໜຸນຊອຍວຽກງານທົດລອງ ໃນການສ້າງສວນທົດລອງ, ການຈັດການສວນທົດລອງ ແລະການເກັບກຳຂໍ້ມູນສວນທົດລອງ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ດຳເນິນໄປຕາມແຜນວຽກຍ່າງຖືກຕ້ອງຈົນສຳເລັດຕາມກະບວນການທີ່ໄດ້ວາງໄວ້ຂອງວຽກງານທົດລອງແຕ່ລະໂຄງການ
• Report and progress update to the Commander  / ລາຍງານໜ້າວຽກ ຫຼືຄວາມກ້າວໜ້າວຽກ ຕໍ່ຫົວໜ້າສາຍງານ

Qualifications / Experience: 

• Graduates of high school
• ຮຽນຈົບຊັ້ນມັດທະຍົມຕອນປາຍ
• At least a motorbike driver’s licence 
• ມີໃບຂັບຂີ່ລົດຈັກ
• Have a basic background for work experience in a field work of agricultural or forestry
• ມີພື້ນຖານພື້ນຖານໃນການເຮັດວຽກກ່ຽວກັບກະສິກຳ ຫຼື ປ່າໄມ້
•  Have been working and support for R&D operation in temporarily  
•  ເຄີຍເຮັດວຽກ ແລະ ສະໜັບສະໜູນວຽກງານຄົ້ນຄວ້າ ແລະ ພັດທະນາຊົ່ວຄາວ
• Honesty, discreet, diligent patient, duties responsibility, punctually, dare to suggest and consult with the Commander

• Flexible to work in the field and able to work or stay in the forest or uncomfortable place
