About Company:

Burapha Agroforestry is a plantation and wood products company with established eucalyptus plantations and plywood mill in Laos. Established in 1993, the company has a goal of developing a timber plantation asset in Laos large enough to serve as the primary wood supplier for a major industrial operation. 

This role will be based at Nabong Nursery, Seanoudome village, Xaythany District, Vientiane Capital, Site base roster 11 days on 3 days off.

Job Overview

Key manage, control and planning for R&D field operation of clonal, genetic and silviculture trial program, which including trial establishment, trial maintenance and trial measurement monitoring, issues solution are related with R&D field operation and relative tasks in assignment. As well as R&D operation support to Breeding program, R&D nursery and genetic conservation/ດຳເນິນວຽກໃນການວາງແຜນ ການຈັດການ ແລະການຄວບຄຸມໜ້າວຽກ ຂອງວຽກງານທົດລອງ ແລະຄົ້ນຄວ້າ-ວິໄຈ ພາກສະໜາມທີ່ກ່ຽວກັບການທົດລອງ ສາຍພັນ, ພັນທຸກຳ (ແນວພັນ) ແລະການປູກປ່າ ຫຼືຕົ້ນໄມ້ ແບບລວມໄປເຖີງການສ້າງສວນທົດລອງ, ການຈັດການ-ດູແລຮັກສາ, ຈົນຮອດກະບວນການເກັບກຳຂໍ້ມູນ ແລະການແກ້ໄຂປັນຫາໜ້າວຽກໜ້າງານ ຫຼືແນວທາງໃນການເຮັດວຽກພາກສະໜາມທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງໃຫ້ຖືກຕ້ອງຕາມແຜນວຽກຫຼັກ ນອກຈາກນີ້ແມ່ນຊອຍເຫຼື ສະໜັບສະໜຸນໜ້າວຽກໃນໂຄງການປັບປຸງສານພັນ/ແນວພັນພືດ ແລະການຜະລິດເບ້ຍໄມ້ເພື່ອການທົດລອງ 

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, managing and control on R&D trial establishment, trial maintenance and trial measurement monitoring /ວາງແຜນ ຈັດການ ແລະຄວບຄຸມ ເພື່ອການສ້າງສວນທົດລອງ, ການຈັດການ-ດູແລຮັກສາ, ຈົນຮອດກະບວນການເກັບກຳຂໍ້ມູນ
• Operation support to R&D breeding program, including control pollination, R&D seedling propagation, new genetic potential input, genetic conservation and R&D inventory management/ຊອຍເຫຼື ສະໜັບສະໜຸນໜ້າວຽກໃນໂຄງການປັບປຸງສານພັນ/ແນວພັນພືດ ເຊີງລວມເຖີງການຜະສົມເກສອນດອກໄມ້ ການຜະລີດເບ້ຍໄມ້ເພື່ອການທົດລອງ ການເກັບແນວພັນພືດ ການຂະຫຍາຍພັນພືດ ແລະຊອຍເຫຼືເພື່ອຈັດການ ຄວບຄຸມ-ຮັກສາ ຊັບສິນຂອງພະແໜກ 
• Support and key responsibility, including preparation for subordinate to the operation flow /ຮັບຜິດຊອບ ແລະສະໜັບສະໜຸນ ກະກຽມໜ້າວຽກໃຫ້ຜູ້ຍູ່ໃຕ້ບັນຊາສາມາດດຳເນິນວຽກໄດ້ຕາມແຜນວຽກ
• Find out issues and solutions on R&D field operation /ສືກສາຄົ້ນຄວ້າປັນຫາຕ່າງໆ ໜ້າງານພາກສະໜາມ ແລະຫາແນວທາງໃນການປັບປຸງ-ແກ້ໄຂ ຍ່າງທັນທ່ວງທີ
• Managing and controlling subordinates, task monitoring and financial process /ຈັດການ, ຄວບຄຸມ ແລະຕິດຕາມກວດສອບຜູ້ຍູ່ໃຕ້ບັນຊາ ໃນໜ້າວຽກຕາມແຜນ ແລະກະບວນການກ່ຽວກັບການໃຊ້ຈ່າຍເງີນຢ່າງຖືກຕ້ອງ
• Reporting on operation results, activities and financial /ລາຍງານ ຜົນການດຳເນິນງານ, ກິດຈະກຳໜ້າວຽກ ແລະການໃຊ້ຈ່າຍເງີນ
• Assist on some activities of department operation in assignment /ຊອຍວຽກບາງກິດຈະກຳທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບມອບໝາຍທີ່ກ່ຽວກັບໜ້າວຽກຂອງພະແໜກ
• Support/assist and overview on company’s plantation, forest health and preliminary identifying on the issues to the commander / ຊອຍ ແລະສະໜັບສະໜູນຂໍ້ມູນພາບລວມຂອງສວນປູກບໍລິສັດ ທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງກັບປັນຫາຂອງພະຍາດ ແລະສະພາບ ຫຼືສຸກກະພາບຂອງສວນປູກໃນແຕ່ລະເຂດພື້ນທີ່ປູກໄມ້ຂອງບໍລິສັດ.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and educated on Forestry, Agricultural (Agronomy) or Plant biology. 
• ຮຽນປະລິນຍາຕີ ຫຼື ສູງກວ່າດ້ານປ່າໄມ້, ກະສິກຳ ຫຼື ຊີວະວິທະຍາພືດ.

• Current car and motorbike driver’s licence.
• ມີໃບຂັບຂີ່ທີ່ນໍາໃຊ່ປະຈຸບັນ
• Extensive experience in timber harvesting operations More than 3 years experienced on forest research, tree improvement and experimental design
• ມີປະສົບການຢ່າງກວ້າງຂວາງໃນການເກັບກ່ຽວໄມ້ ມີປະສົບການຫຼາຍກວ່າ 3 ປີໃນການຄົ້ນຄວ້າປ່າໄມ້, ການປັບປຸງຕົ້ນໄມ້ ແລະ ການອອກແບບທົດລອງ
• Experienced on experimental or statistical design in Forestry/Agricultural

• Preliminary understanding on statistical factors and scientific

• Have leadership and decisive
