We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Executive.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Business Development Executive specialist in Freight forwarder and Logistics, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. You will collaborate closely with our global team to deliver exceptional service and develop tailored solutions that address the unique logistical needs of each customer.

What we expect you to bring with you and responsibilities.

• Experience from a similar position at a freight forwarding company or related industry.
• Lead and manage commercial research and future pipeline development.
• Self-planning and creates strategy to get business opportunities complied with group business strategy and local business environment.
• Thinking and data analysis skills for understanding customer’s business flow, communication, requirements, and correlating business potential to Scan Global Logistics.
• Able to travel domestically in Laos out of Vientiane and provinces.
• Preparation of quotation to customers with cost and selling rate control.
• Establishes and maintains open communication and interaction with all commercial, operational and other management staff in case of changes of processes as well as specific requests and issues.
• Research, update and due diligence on potential partners for full entity year to date.
• Preparation of sales reports to networks and management.
• English skills that enable you to work with our customers and colleagues across the region and globally across a variety of channels e.g., email, social media, and phone.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and CRM)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels e.g., email, social media, and phone.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently, open mind and a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to work out of normal working hours, when required.
• To be Lao citizen who can speak English and Chinese is in advance.
