ຂອບເຂດຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບ:

ໜ້າວຽກຮັບທີ່ຜິດຊອບ:

• ນໍາພາ ແລະ ຄວບຄຸມທີມບັນຊີ (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay). 
• ບໍລິຫານຈັດການພາສີຂອງບໍລິສັດ, VAT ແລະ ລວມທັງການຍື່ນແບບພາສີ ແລະ ການຊຳລະພາສີ

• ສະຫນັບສະຫນູນການກວດສອບພາຍໃນ ແລະ ພາຍນອກ ແລະ ຕິດຕາມຜົນການກວດສອບ. 
• ລະບຸຄວາມສ່ຽງຂອງບັນຊີ ແລະ ປັບປຸງຂັ້ນຕອນການດຳເນີນງານ. 
• ຮັກສາການຈັດເກັບເອກະສານ ແລະ ຄວາມຖືກຕ້ອງຂອງຂໍ້ມູນ.

• ປະລິນຍາຕີໃນບັນຊີ, ການເງິນ, ທຸລະກິດ ຫຼື ຂະແຫນງການທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງ.

• ສາມາດຈັດການກັບການປິດບັນຊີທ້າຍເດືອນ ແລະ ສົ່ງບົດລາຍງານໃຫ້ຕົງເວລາ.  
• ທັກສະການສື່ສານພາສາອັງກິດທີ່ດີ (ຂຽນແລະເວົ້າໄດ້).

Role Purpose:

The Accounting & Reporting Team Lead is responsible for leading the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records, timely month-end closing, and reliable financial reports. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards (IFRS) and local laws, supports audits, and continuously improves accounting processes while maintaining strong controls and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise accounting teams (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay).
• Manage corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax compliance, including tax filings and payments.
• Coordinate with tax authorities and support tax audits and inquiries.
• Ensure accurate accounting records for GL, AP, AR, payroll, intercompany, and assets. 
• Manage month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting on time. 
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, FX revaluation, and balance sheet reconciliations. 
• Upload financial data and reports accurately into the CIL system. 
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, IFRS, and Lao regulations.
• Support internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings. 
• Identify accounting risks and drive process improvements. 
• Maintain proper documentation, filing, and data integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance (manufacturing experience is a plus). 
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in tax compliance and local tax regulations.
• Experience working with tax audits and tax reporting is highly preferred.
• Able to manage month-end close and reconciliations independently. 
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken). 
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and sense of responsibility. 
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
