JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leadership and supervision of graduate, junior geologists, and field assistants to fulfill effective geotechnical support roles
• Supervise and monitor tasks of subordinates in field teams, providing clear job assignments and providing leadership
• Primarily responsible for the Supervision and Training for KSO graduate, junior geologists, and field assistants in the field geological exploration work, drilling control and geotechnical. measurement and gold ore productions operation
• Follow and implement KSO Procedures and Policies
• Other managerial additional duties as assigned by the Geology Manager or Geology Manager Assistant
