Job Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales pipeline. This role involves prospecting, preparing proposals, coordinating client deliverables, and ensuring timely communication throughout the sales process. The Sales Executive also gathers market insights, supports product improvements, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, contact, and pursue new sales leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Track sales activities and update CRM tools regularly and accurately.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Provide timely follow-up on inquiries, proposals, and ongoing client projects.
  • Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

3. Coordination & Project Support

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Production teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
  • Support advertorial and campaign production by gathering client materials, content, and approvals.
  • Assist internal teams with scheduling, document preparation, and client communication.

4. Market & Product Insight

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Provide input on product improvements or new service ideas based on client feedback.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare weekly sales activity reports and pipeline updates.
  • Support Finance by monitoring invoicing, payment status, and client billing (not responsible for final approval).
  • Maintain organized records of proposals, contracts, and client data.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong potential considered).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Industry experience (Advertising, Marketing, Media, Hospitality, or related fields) is preferred.

 

Work Location: 

134 Samsenthai Road, Xiengyeun Village, Chanthabouly District, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR.

 

Work Schedule: 

Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
