We are currently seeking for Mid-level Product Technology Assistant  1 Position base in Vientiane Capital. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE

• Be responsible for solar and BESS system technical engineering implementation in Laos, including engineering supervision, commissioning, system integration, maintenance and technical support, etc.；
• Be able to handle EDL issues, customer technical communication, training and related electrical maintenance work. 
• Output Service Proposal and review material delivery, complete site acceptance with Sub-con and customer, troubleshooting and solve all technical issues customer caring about promptly, provide customer necessary technical support and suggestion, keep good cooperation with customer； 
• Cooperate with Project Manager to deal with engineering management and subcontractor engineer management； 
• Provide training for customers, subcontractor or service partners.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in power system technical solution design and implementation, be familiar with Laos National Electrical Code, be familiar with solar inverter, BESS system and high voltage system.
2. Bachelor's Degree in /Electrical/machine/Automatic Engineering or related field.
3. Flexibility and teamwork, ability of engineering management, be good at communication and cooperation among different part. 
4. Ability to work under pressure in the presence of the customer. There will be a requirement for travel in Laos on customer projects. 
5. Proficiency in Chinese and English language and good writing skills are essential.
