Job Overview

The Marketing Specialist plays a central role in managing and executing marketing campaigns, brand activations, and digital communication initiatives for the company and its clients. This position requires a blend of creative planning, content development, data analysis, and project coordination. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with design, media, event, and client service teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, meet KPIs, and support overall brand strategy.

The goal is to strengthen brand visibility, enhance audience engagement, and ensure successful implementation of all marketing activities.

Reporting to Deputy Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Project Management

• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
• Prepare timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Work with internal teams to align campaign objectives, creative direction, and messaging.

2. Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Develop multimedia content (visual, video, and written) for different target audiences using Canva Pro or other tools.
• Manage social media channels, publish scheduled content, and engage with followers.
• Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages across all platforms professionally.
• Support website updates and CMS management (WordPress).

3. Social Media Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and website analytics.
• Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights.

4. Supplier, Influencer & Client Coordination

• Liaise with third-party suppliers, influencers, media outlets, and partners.
• Coordinate deliverables, quotations, and schedules with vendors and service providers.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure smooth workflow between all parties.

5. Event Management & Public Relations

• Plan and coordinate events such as press conferences, product launches, seminars, meetings, or activations.
• Represent the company during events, media functions, or client activities.
• Oversee event branding, materials, logistics support, and follow-up reports.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in marketing or digital media management, preferably in an agency or multi-brand setting.
• Proficiency in Canva Pro (bonus for Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge).
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, or Google Analytics.
• Good communication skills with a client-service mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Creativity combined with analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit.

Work Schedule: 

Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
