Product & Pricing Officer

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. 1 Product & Pricing

  • Focus on market share targets by developing and executing products strategy, product segmentation, product positioning, and product launching;
  • Drive sustainable and profitable sales growth through effective identification of the appropriate model line-up that meets customer needs;
  • List products in respective positioning and stabilize trade price and margins;
  • Product launching plan and execution and deliver product training to dealers, 
  • Check VSS (Vehicle Specification Selection) and FSL (Full specification List) and confirm to Regional office Head Office on time and accuracy;
  • Prepare price proposal (Kessai) and customer profile and CEP (Compare Each Price) Value to get competitive price and stabilize Toyota profit;
  • Prepare price approval and price notice to dealers;
  • Monitor category and product performance versus targets, evaluate the impact of strategic and tactical initiatives, and take corrective action as needed to insure achievement of brand goal;
  • Check Monthly Gross Profit and cost by model analysis and report to leader and manager accordingly;
  • Verify price for related department by monthly to ensure price by model is up to date;

 

 1. 2 Competitor Analysis

  • Analyze market, customer trends and effectively assess the competitors’ products and campaigns to identify business opportunities and propose strategies that can leverage Toyota market share; 

  

 1.3 Media communication

  • Assist team to confirm media content especially product information on Website, Facebook, catalogue and others; 
  • Conduct market research/survey to identify opportunities for promotion and sales growth; and
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • University Degree/Diploma in business administration or similar fields;
  • Knowledge in product and/or price analysis would be an asset;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills;
  • Customer focus, flexible, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity;
  • A high level of Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
