Job Title: IT Support

Campus: Primary

Job Summary:
 We are seeking skilled and proactive IT Support to assist in the day-to-day IT operations of our schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Audio/Visual systems and POS systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to manage networking support, and a willingness to support events with IT and AV needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
• Install, configure, and maintain POS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain guest Wi-Fi access and ensure security protocols are in place.
• Be on standby to provide technical assistance for events, including setting up IT and AV equipment and providing real-time support.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct regular backups and ensure data security.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers for IT-related needs.
• Keep update with the lastest IT trends and technologies to improve it efficiency within the schools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining POS systems.
• Familiarity with Audio/Visual systems and their setup.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or after hours, to support school events and IT emergencies.
