Position Title: Assistant Service Unit Manager

Job Summary
Assistant Service Unit Manager supports the Unit Head in managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient service delivery within the assigned banking unit. This role assists in implementing bank policies, maintaining internal controls, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
The position acts as a key coordinator between the Unit Head, staff, and other departments, and may assume responsibility for the unit in the absence of the Unit Head to ensure continuity of operations and service quality.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the Unit head in managing daily unit operations and workflow.
- Supervise assigned staffs and provide daily guidance and support.
- Risk, Compliance & Control.
- Support delivery of high-quality customer service and handle escalated issues.
- Assist in tracking KPIs, targets, and unit performance indicators.
- Support implementation of new products, systems, and process changes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, banking, Finance and Economics.
- 3-5 years of experience in banking.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and internal controls.
- Good knowledge of banking regulations, AML/CFT, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- familiarity with core banking systems and digital banking platform.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong in English communication.
