Job Descriptions:
- Ensure a zero-accident workplace: Coach the team and ensure that HEINEKEN’s safety culture and local regulations are fully embedded in daily operations.
- Implement countermeasures or improvement to reduce and mitigate safety risks/near miss
- Track operational performance and monitor resource utilization, identifying situations of over or under capacity.
- Perform root cause analysis in case of discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence in terms of safety, service, sustainability and cost.
- Lead Daily Control System (DCS) meetings and communicate performance to team.
- Ensure all the warehousing assets and equipment are maintained in good working condition according to the applicable regulations.
- Conducts root cause analysis of equipment breakdown
- Analyze warehouse performance using standard systems
- Review cost deployment/ analysis and build improved actions.
- Translate short- and medium-term sales, inventory and production plans into warehousing resource (staff, space, equipment) requirements.
- Develop weekly plan to organize resources to meet warehousing activity requirements.
- Monitor and control overtime, staff productivity, delays in trucks loading/unloading due to lack of warehousing resources.
- Optimize storage space layout-based production and logistics characteristics.
- Evaluate and approve proposed actions, initiate improvement measures to reduce obsolete stock and write-offs, and prevent quality issues and damage to goods during transport.
- Perform traceability when needed
- Accountable and responsible to translate the Traceability, FEFO, expire date and freshness policies into practical working instructions.
- Perform root cause analysis if registered and actual stock levels are different and implement corrective measures.
- Organize regular stock counts in line with HEINEKEN and legal requirements
- Collaborate and train to LSP to ensure compliance to Safety rule, working procedures
- Manage and drive the performance of LSP to meet our warehouse resource requirement, with continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in business or related fields
- 3-5 years in business, preferably logistics, supply chain
- Languages: Good command in English is a must
- SAP or other ERP system, WMS if applicable.
- Adaptable to business needs
- Good planner, analytical skills
