Key Responsibility: 

• Yearly review existing vendors from Master Data Management 
• Keep proper filing of the new vendor registered form and the vendor acknowledgement form to aligned with Heineken Supplier Code of Conduct
• Convert SC/PR to PO
• Issue the purchase order to the vendor for Non-Product Related Materials and services for all department 
• Raise the official purchase order in the system and submit for approvals according to the procurement procedure and the MOA.
• Follow up, track and check the open purchase order report
• Raise and follow up status of ticket when users have the issue
• Monitor retrospective PO, PO Spent, Payment term, Contract Spent and Overdue PO
• Monitor Legal contract compliance, SRM Coverage, Unclassified Spend, PO Coverage, Supplier Code Compliance
• Monitor smoothening day-to-day procurement tools/systems operations jointly with stakeholders
• Initiate, review, participate and/or drive implementing improvements within local procurement, cross-functions, regional and global.
• Deliver End User Training
• Support monitoring Procurement Fundamental KPI set by HEINEKEN Global Procurement targeted

Key Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment, a similar role, or as an assistant.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with system/software or have willingness to be trained.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
