Job Description: 

• Cleaning machine and responsible area everyday
• Tagging, CILT and 5S in the daily activities  
• Preparation machine and material before production  
• Operate quality as the work (CCP/OPRP)  
• Ensure the no operational mistakes. All quality checks are done and meet the expectation also quality standard.  
• Operate machine as the work instruction   
• Ensure machines are running at desired speed and performance.
• Inspect the During production according to the standard
• After production check material and report to Shift leader  
• Report Shift leader in case of machine breakdown/unplan downtime and any deviation from standard  
• Follow up the CILT into machine and make sure the machine is restoring basic condition  
• Attend to the TPM methodology/working as teamwork following step AM and APM team route, follow up and verify by TPM Mgr. and PKG Mgr. 

Requirements: 

• Majoring in Electrical/Mechanical or relevant 
• Experiences in Packaging / Maintenance preferred 
• Able to work in shifts and under pressure.  
• Proactive and strong self-responsibilities.   
• Basic maintenance skill (Electrical/Mechanical/Automation) prefer. 
• Analyzing and trouble shooting.
