We are seeking for the Legal Manager (1 Position) based in Vientiane.

Key responsibilities: 

• Providing Legal advice on the day-to-day service legal activities in the company including review of various commercial contracts, advice on general corporate legal issues, litigation, IP, Labour etc.
• To ensure proper corporate governance and administration of the company includes compliance with group policies/practices and training.
• Good understanding in Telecommunication laws, Contract law, Anti-corruption & bribery regulations, Customs regulations, Labour Law, Procurement Law, Foreign Investment law, e-Commerce law and any other laws relevant to the business of the Company.
• To prepare corporate documentation, includes minutes of meeting, company registration and amendment of Company Charter and submit to government authorities in compliance with Company laws.
• Track laws and regulations that can be affected the company and inform to relevant business departments and Regional Legal Affairs Department in timely manner.
• Coordination with government authorities for corporations as per the necessity of the business.
• Coordinate with external law firm to perform litigation of all legal cases and all concerned legal matters in order to support business objective.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor of law (LL.B). 
• Good interpersonal and communication for both verbal and written skills in English (knowledgeable in Chinese Mandarin is an advantage).
• 3-5 years of experience in related field; has at least 2 years of professional work experience preferably with a law firm. 
• Knowledgeable in Lao Laws and Thai language is a plus.
