VEHICLE SALE BID ANNOUNCEMENT

HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Laos is selling one used vehicle with the following specifications:

The prospective buyer must satisfy the following conditions:

1. The buyer accepts the condition that the vehicle is sold on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis, and that there is no written or implied warranty on its performance.
2. No refund or exchange is allowed.
3. HELVETAS will not provide repair or any other services with respect to the vehicle.
4. The buyer is responsible for paying all the applicable customs duties, registration, and other unforeseen charges.
5. The buyer is responsible for paying 4% of the vehicle value amount as in first import to the customs duties.
6. The vehicle insurance covers third party liability, and recourse valid until 31 December 2025; no history of accidents.

Terms of sale:

The sale bid for Toyota Hilux Revo 4WD MT starts at USD 11,000; the highest offer above this minimum acceptable will be win. Upon notification, the successful bidder must pay within five (5) working days the purchase price by bank transfer to HELVETAS Laos. Bank details will be provided to the highest bidder. Payment should be made in USD only. Should the successful bidder fail to arrange payment within five (5) working days, the vehicle will be offered to the second highest bidder. Payment must be made in full before delivery or transfer of title is released. HELVETAS Laos reserves the right to reject any bid.
