About Company:

Burapha Agroforestry is a plantation and wood products company with established eucalyptus plantations and plywood mill in Laos. Established in 1994, the company has a goal of developing a timber plantation asset in Laos large enough to serve as the primary wood supplier for a major industrial operation. 

This role will be based at Burapha Plywood Mill Factory, Hinheup District. The roster works as of 48 hours per week.

Job Overview

Safely carry out preventative maintenance activities and breakdown repairs on all production equipment across the plywood mill, with a focus on electrical work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely carry out preventative maintenance activities and breakdown repairs on all production equipment across the plywood mill, with a focus on electrical work.

• Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies
• ດູແລຮັກສາອຸປະກອນ ແລະ ຊ່ວຍໃນການສັ່ງຊື້ອຸປະກອນໃນສາງ
• Follow safety standards and protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
• ປະຕິບັດຕາມມາດຕະການຮັກສາຄວາມປອດໄພ ແລະ ຮັກສາສະພາບແວດລ້ອມໃຫ້ສະອາດປອດໄພ
• Enforce company policies and guidelines
• ປະຕິບັດຕາມກົດລະບຽບ ແລະ ນະໂຍບາຍຂອງບໍລິສັດຢ່າງເຄັ່ງຄັດ
• Undertake other duties as assigned upon discretion of the immediate supervisor

Qualifications / Experience:

• Certification from a vocational college in electrical (building, machines, controls and /or PLCs) or related field
• ໃບປະກາດຈາກວິທະຍາໄລອະຊີວະສຶກສາ ຫຼັກສູດໄຟຟ້າ (ອາຄານ, ເຄື່ອງຈັກ, ການຄວມຄຸມແລະ/ຫລື PLCs ) ຫລື ສາຂາທີ່ກ່ຽວຂອ້ງ 
• Previous experience as an electrician in industrial environment
• ປະສົບການທີ່ຜ່ານມາເປັນຊ່າງໄຟຟ້າ ຢູ່ໃນໂຮງງານອຸດສາຫະກຳຂະໜາດໃຫຍ່ 
• Strong knowledge in fixed plant equipment including pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, compressors, and their components 
• ມີຄວາມຮູ້ຄວາມຊຳນານ ກ່ຽວກັບອຸປະກອນໂຮງງານ ລວມທັງ ປ້ຳ, ລະບົບໄຮໂດລິກ, ນິວເມຕິກ,  ສາຍພານ, ມໍເຕີ, ປ້ຳລົມ ແລະ ສ່ວນປະກອບຂອງມັນ  
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and risk/hazard identification in an industrial setting
• ມີຄວາມເຂົ້າໃຈຢ່າງເລີກເຊີ່ງກ່ຽວກັບຂັ້ນຕອນຄວາມປອດໄພ ແລະ ກໍານົດຄວາມສ່ຽງ/ອັນຕະລາຍໃນໂຮງງານອຸດສາຫະກໍາ
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, motor rewinding, load testing
• ຄວາມຮູ້ພື້ນຖານກ່ຽວກັບ PLCs, motor rewinding, load testing
• Aptitude in using various hand tools 
• ຄວາມຊຳນິຊຳນານໃນການໃຊ້ເຄື່ຶອງມືສ້ອມແປງຫຼາຍຊະນິດ     
• Ability to follow procedures and practices, read and understand service and maintenance manuals
• ຄວາມສາມາດປະຕິບັດຕາມຂັ້ນຕອນ ແລະ ວິທີປະຕິບັດ, ອ່ານ ແລະ ເຂົ້າໃຈຄູ່ມືການບໍລິການ ແລະ ການບໍາລຸງຮັກສາ
