With state-of-the art systems for handling and processing International Air Express shipments, DHL Express Laos is committed to maintain its leading position as the preferred air express operator and a dependable business partner to its customers.  DHL Express Laos Sole Company Limited is looking for motivated persons to fill its vacancy of the Operations Agent.

Operations Agent: (01 Position)

• Process inbound material upon arrival and make sure material is available to the couriers.
• Process outbound material according to the latest processes and procedures.
• Going to the airport to collect inbound and hand over outbound shipments.
• Update checkpoint for HIC shipments.
• Monitor Bad address, Un-delivery shipments and prepare daily reports.
• Send shipments report to SSC by end of day.
• Offer administrative and operational supports to service center operations.
• Expand knowledge of other roles within Operations in order to carry out these functions through a rotational shift mechanism.
• Manage all marketing activities for all targeted digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and monitor and react to social media exposure.

Requirements:

• Male or female
• Valid driving license (class ABC is required)
• Good in written and spoken English. 
• Pro-active & Reliable person.
• Good computer skill (MS office).
• Able to work full time.
