World Vision International – Lao PDR country strategy FY 22-26 focuses on the three key programming priorities for child well-being namely; CWBO2 - Increase in children who have positive and peaceful relationships in their families and communities; CWBO5 - Increase in children who are well-nourished (ages 0-5); and CWBO7 - Increase in primary school children who can read.  

Technical Programs (TPs) are national level programs implemented by World Vision in multiple geographic locations within a country. TPs are comprised of evidence-based practices and models previously identified, defined, prioritized through a strategic process, and documented. TPs are designed to ensure NO strategic objectives are achieved, which includes the highest impact for the well-being of children, in accordance with relevant technical project models and integration of relevant supporting approaches (SA).

PURPOSE OF POSITION

To facilitate and implement World Vision International – Lao PDR (WVI-L)’s Technical Program at district level, using the WVI-L development program approach to enhance community participation, ownership and sustainability of projects for the wellbeing of children, families and communities.

Throughout the implementation, where the need is, Forestry Restoration and Protection Project would recruit Volunteers to support the field work. The volunteer will responsible for:

ໂຄງການຟື້ນຟູ ແລະ ປົກປັກຮັກສາປ່າໄມ້ ເມືອງໃໝ່, ແຂວງຜົ້ງສາລີ ຕ້ອງການຮັບສະໝັກອາສາສະໝັກເພື່ອຊ່ວຍວຽກໃນພື້ນທີ່ບ້ານເປົ້າໝາຍ ໂດຍມີໜ້າທີ່ຮັບຜິດຊອບດັ່ງລຸ່ມນີ້:

1. Field data collection to register project beneficiaries in target communities

ລົງທະບຽນຜູ້ທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບຜົນປະໂຫຍດໃນຊຸມຊົນເປົ້່າໝາຍ

2. Field data collection of target beneficiaries for baseline

ເກັບກຳຂໍ້ມູນພື້ນຖານຂອງຜູ້ໄດ້ຮັບຜົນປະໂຫຍດ

3. Support facilitate of community consultation with different groups target communities

ອຳນວຍຄວາມສະດວກໃນການປຶກສາຫາລືວາງແຜນກິດຈະກຳໃນຊຸມຊົນເປົ້າໝາຍ

4. Data record for inputs distribution at household level

ບັນທຶກຂໍ້ມູນການແຈກຢາຍເຄື່ອງຊ່ວຍເຫລືອຕ່າງໆໃຫ້ຄົວເຮືອນເປົ້າໝາຍ

5. Support monitoring and reporting of Forestry Restoration and Protection progress during and post distribution 

ສະໜັບສະໜຸນການຕິດຕາມ ແລະ ລາຍງານຂະບວນການເຮັດວຽກຂອງໂຄງການ ແລະ ການຕິດຕາມຫຼັງການແຈກຢາຍ

6. Support interview and documentation of beneficiaries’ stories

ສະໜັບສະໜູນການເກັບກຳຮູບພາບ, ການສໍາພາດ, ແລະ ຮັກສາເອກະສານກ່ຽວກັບບົດເລື່ອງຕ່າງໆຂອງຜູ້ໄດ້ຮັບຜົນປະ ໂຫຍດ

7. Any other relevant tasks as per requested by Forestry Restoration & Protection project team
