Vocational Degree
- Monitor critical parameters of brewing, laboratory and utilities and discuss with the section manager for actions or corrective measures
- Monitor all processes at brewery
- Plan and control the beer/stout production activities according to the quantity and quality standards
- Plan for inspection/ cleaning/ repairing program from milling room, brew house, tank room, cellar and utility plants and equipment
- Review daily, weekly and monthly production/ quality report and initiate appropriate corrective/ preventive action on non-conforming product/ process
- Communicate closely with section supervisors on day to day work related issues, based on customer-supplier relationship to sustain high productivity
- Review daily, weekly and monthly production report and initial appropriate actions where necessary to prevent the recurrence of quality issues, wastage or production downtime
- Monitor, check and analyze data from production processes. Advise corrective actions were appropriate
- Share knowledge from Heineken’s knowledge system, as well as knowledge from other sources
- Provide and facilitate training for Brewing staff and all other staff
- Developing LAPB staff to ensure continuity in competencies (knowledge and skills) level.
- Organize training brewing science and training for brewing section
- Trouble shooting and solving all problems related to processes in Brewing
- Organize/carry out process trials within LAPB, or with HTS or with suppliers
- Participating in TPM activities and taking a leader role to guide operators
- Directs dept activities to ensure strict compliance to housekeeping and safety procedures
- Pass external base on schedule and TPM audit
