Your day at EssilorLuxottica

• Action following the policy and assignation of Maintenance Manager.
• Ensure PM conducted on time and effective manner and cost control
• Ensure PM part available with inventory control
• Cross audit within and other team for improvement
• Collaborate with internal or external service vender
• Assess and develop team member skills
• Plan and Ensure the preventive maintenance are carry out with efficiency and quality
• Ensure all sub ordinates / contractors respect the company policies.
• Coordinate with other department / contractors to ensure optimum working in plant.
• Have to know & understand the company procedure and policies and also to cooperate with company in audit activities such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 etc. moreover to attend the compulsory training course i.e. Orientation Program, Safety Officer Training etc.

Must have

Essential

• Bachelor Degree in electrical , mechanical field  
• Experiences in position 3 years up

Desirable/Preferable

• Good Communication skill and English command.
• Experience job related is preferable
• Computer skill
• People management skill
• Supervisor Skill
• Costing basic knowledge
• Project Management skill

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing PM Engineer
• Ability to take a leadership role when necessary
• Ability to present to an executive at a business level
• Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
