Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source qualified candidates for current vacancies across the organization by using innovative methods and modern recruitment technologies.
  • Develop and execute employer branding (internal and external) to position HEINEKEN as a top local employer, and manage internship recruitment programs.
  • Oversee recruitment activities across OpCo, including tracking, monitoring, and reporting KPIs with a particular focus on diversity recruitment.
  • Organize and actively participate in employment-related events such as career fairs, campus engagement, and recruitment drives.
  • Lead and manage the onboarding process and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
  • Coordinate training programs per the annual plan and manage digital learning platforms, including e-learning assignments and progress tracking.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, ideally within an FMCG or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English communication skills with demonstrated abilities in analysis, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
