• Amata Corporation Public Company Limited, led by Chairman Mr. Vikrom Kromadit, has launched the Amata Smart & Eco City Namor in northwestern Oudomxay Province, Laos. This project, developed under Amata City Lao Company Limited, follows a 2022 concession agreement with the Lao government.
• Spanning 31.5 sq. km (19,000 rai), with an initial phase covering 9.6 sq. km, the city is designed as a high-tech industrial estate, integrating smart and eco-friendly solutions to drive sustainable economic growth. Backed by Thai and international partners, the development serves as a model for innovation-driven urban and industrial expansion.
• Amata Smart & Eco City Namor enjoys prime access to regional transport networks, with its strategic location next to Namor Railway Station, a key stop on the Lao-China Railway. The project is also adjacent to planned expressways that will enhance connectivity between Laos, China, Thailand, and Vietnam. Recognized as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ), the city offers attractive incentives for investors, making it one of the most compelling industrial locations in the region.

Amata’s long-term vision includes expanding up to 200 sq. km in Laos, reinforcing the country’s position as a strategic investment hub in ASEAN.
