Assignment: To lead the design and implementation of a media campaign and celebration event for the UNESCO inscription of Hin Nam No National Park as a natural World Heritage site

Scope of Work: 

The ProFEB Project is seeking a qualified national consulting firm to lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive media campaign and celebration events to mark the official UNESCO inscription of Hin Nam No National Park as a Natural World Heritage Site.

Main Tasks:

The consulting firm will be responsible for the following core tasks:

1. Media Campaign Design and Implementation

- Develop a media campaign concept to raise public awareness and engagement around the World Heritage designation of Hin Nam No National Park.

- Produce engaging content for digital and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook), including visuals, short videos, reels, infographics, and storytelling    materials.

- Prepare and manage a content rollout plan and publication timeline to ensure consistent communication before, during, and after the official announcement.

- Coordinate closely with the project’s technical team and government partners to ensure all messaging aligns with official narratives, tone, and branding.

2. Event Planning and Support

    Support the organization and execution of two celebration events:

- Evening Launch Ceremony in Thakhek, Khammouane Province A formal high-level event featuring official speeches, the public announcement of the inscription, and media engagement.

- Half-Day Outdoor Celebration at Nong Ping Campsite, Boualapha District: A public-focused event designed to celebrate the inscription at the local level, build national pride, and promote continued support for heritage conservation.

- Provide support in planning, coordination, and production of event materials to ensure smooth execution and strong visual and thematic consistency across both events.
