Receptionist Job Description

  1. Answer all incoming calls for office main line and senior employees
  2. Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  3. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  5. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
  6. Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  7. Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and scanning.
  8. Assist with basic office supply inventory management.
  9. Provide support to other departments as needed.
  10. Receive and distribute incoming mail and facilitate pick-up outgoing mail/packages
  11. Maintain inventories and order office supplies and pantry items
  12. Other tasks as assigned by Management Team. 

 

 

Qualifications for Receptionist

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role (preferred but not mandatory).
  3. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet).
  4. Good communication skills in Lao and/or English

 

 

 

Working Conditions

  • Normal working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
