Receptionist Job Description
- Answer all incoming calls for office main line and senior employees
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and scanning.
- Assist with basic office supply inventory management.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and facilitate pick-up outgoing mail/packages
- Maintain inventories and order office supplies and pantry items
- Other tasks as assigned by Management Team.
Qualifications for Receptionist
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet).
- Good communication skills in Lao and/or English
Working Conditions
- Normal working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
