PTL Holding is urgently seeking for a well-rounded individual for the role of Marketing Supervisor under the Marketing Department.
Position Title: Marketing Supervisor
Department: Business Development/ Marketing Department
Report to: Senior Manager
Location: Vientiane Capital
Business group: PTL Holding (PTLH)
Job purpose:
The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. This role involves managing a team, monitoring performance, and collaborating with various departments to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Operations & Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate marketing activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to marketing team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist in training and developing marketing staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Coordinate promotional activities, advertisements, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
3. Brand Management & Public Relations
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Assist in content creation for social media, websites, and print materials.
- Support public relations efforts by engaging with media and industry influencers.
4. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Oversee social media accounts and ensure regular, engaging content is published.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to enhance online presence.
5. Customer Engagement & Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Gather feedback from customers and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Assist in the development of promotional offers and customer loyalty programs.
6. Event Coordination & Partnerships
- Organize company events, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and branding.
- Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office-based role with occasional travel for events and meetings.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and performance-based targets.
- Interaction with internal teams and external partners.
- Competencies in Adobe Suites (+Additional Consideration)
