DHL Express Laos Sole Company Limited is looking for motivated persons to fill its vacancy of the Customer Service Advisor - Frontline.
Customer Service Advisor - Frontline: (01 Position)
Nature & Scope of the Job:
- Handle all incoming calls enquiries in accordance with service standards and processes.
- Accepting and registering bookings for DHL service
- Provide full track and tracing service area for customers by investigating undelivered, returned, misrouted, delayed, lost, and damaged shipments etc. and respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate information in all aspects such as custom requirements, transit time and prices, etc.
- Cooperation with other functions
- Cooperation with DHL network around the world
- Liaise with Operations, Sales department, and other departments on quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
- Monthly reports and other ad-hoc assigned tasks
- Back up the team member if anyone is on annual leave.
Requirements:
- Well-organized, hardworking, punctual and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in customer service and tele sales environment in a service or transportation industry is preferable.
- College degree is preferable in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field is required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a polite and friendly telephone manner.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Lao and English
- Pro-active & Reliable person and able to work in teams
- Good computer skill (MS office).
- Be able to work full time.
