JOB SUMMARY: 

The System Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing requirements, designing systems, and ensuring that implemented solutions meet client specifications facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that the delivered solutions meet the business objectives.. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications that guide development teams in creating innovative and effective technology solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Gather business requirements through client interviews, workshops, and existing documentation
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, and document system requirements.
• Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of system requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of appropriate technology solutions.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the delivered solutions meet specified requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of systems.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of database concepts, data modeling, and system architecture principles
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
• Experience: No prior experience is necessary; having experience is considered a bonus. A willingness to learn and take on challenges is highly valued.

PROBATION PERIOD:

This role includes a probationary period of 3 months, during which your performance and fit within the company will be evaluated. During this probationary period, you will receive 80% of the committed salary. Upon successful completion of the probation period, your salary will be adjusted to the full agreed-upon amount.
