Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance partners
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate closely with underwriting teams to ensure the right insurance products and offerings are aligned with market conditions
• Work with underwriting to provide market insights and feedback for the development of new and enhanced insurance products.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.

Position Requirements: 

• Minimum in the bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in Sales Service related to insurance services for more than 3-5 years.
• Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Reading, speaking, and writing proficiency in both English and Chinses required.
• Good at computer skills, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and other basic programs.
