• ຈັດການຝຶກອົບຮົມ ແລະ ກິດຈະກຳເພື່ອສ້າງຄວາມຮູ້ຄວາມເຂ້າໃຈໃນຜະລິດຕະພັນປະກັນ ແລະ ການຂາຍປະກັນໃຫ້ແກ່ຕົວແທນປະກັນ ແລະ ພະນັກງານຂາຍຈາກຊ່ອງທາງຕ່າງໆ
• ຕອບຄຳຖາມ ແລະ ໃຫ້ຄຳແນະນຳແກ່ຜູ້ເຂົ້າຝຶກອົບຮົມ
• ປະສານງານກັບທີມງານອື່ນໆເພື່ອປະເມີນຜົນການຝຶກອົບຮົມສໍາລັບການພັດທະນາໃນອະນາຄົດ
• ຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອກັບທີມງານທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງເພື່ອລະບຸຄວາມຕ້ອງການຂອງຜູ້ເຂົ້າຝຶກອົບຮົມ, ປັບປຸງເນື້ອຫາການຝຶກອົບຮົມ, ແລະ ອອກແບບແຜນການຝຶກອົບຮົມ
• ຕິດຕາມແນວໂນ້ມຂອງທຸລະກິດປະກັນ ແລະ ພຶດຕິກຳຂອງຜູ້ບໍລິໂພກຢ່າງໃກ້ຊິດ.

ຄຸນສົມບັດ  

• ອາຍຸບໍ່ເກິນ 40 ປີ
• ຈົບການສຶກສາປະລິນຍາຕີຂື້ນໄປ ຖ້າຂະແໜງການສຶກສາຍິ່ງເປັນການດີ
• ມີປະສົບການເຮັດວຽກກ່ຽວກັບການພັດຖະນາບຸກຄະລາກອນ (HRD)  ຫລື ມີປະສົບການເຮັດຫນ້າທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງກັບການກ່າວຄຳປາໄສຕໍ່ສາທາລະນະ 
• ສາມາດເດີນທາງໄປຕ່າງແຂວງໄດ້
• ມີທັກສະການສື່ສານ, ການນໍາສະເຫນີີ, ການເວົ້າໃນທີ່ສາທາລະນະ ແລະອມີທັກສະຊັກຈູງຄົນທີ່ດີເລິດ
• ກ້າສະແດງອອກອແລະອມີຄວາມຫມັ້ນໃຈ.

Job description 

• Deliver training and activity program to new and existing insurance professionals from various channels
• Support trainees, addressing questions and providing guidance
• Collaborate with other teams to evaluate training effectiveness
• Collaborate with Training Development Officer to identify training needs, update training material, and design comprehensive training program
• Stay relevant to industry trends and consumer behaviors

Qualification 

• Age less than 40
• Bachelor’s degree in any field, degree in education is highly preferred
• Experience in HRD or public speaking-based role
• Willing to travel
• Strong communication, presentation, public speaking skill
• Persuasive and confident
