JOB ANNOUCEMENT

1. PDM (Production Data Management)

We are looking for PDM to join our production team in our modern garment factory in Vientiane, Laos. The person we are looking for is a self-starter with a high energy level, who can take initiative and responsibility, and who has both a good overview and attention to detail, as well as working in a structured manner.

The job:

In general:

• Be responsible for training for people in MLA Production, and handling related issues of PDM, BOM.

Specific duties:

• Training PDM, BOM for QC & line leaders, Sewing tech, AQL, staff…
• Follow production plan to order PDM, BOM for bulk Production.
• Receive PDM, BOM check & print for bulk production.
• Set up PP meeting & inform changes.
• Support sewing technician, Line leader, QC about questions related to PDM, BOM.
• Coordinate issues related to PDM, BOM, sample.
• Police in line (Radom check actual method)
• Report on Production Management on problems arising and proposal solutions.
• Other required tasks are commensurate with your position and level of responsibility, if any.
• Line changes to new style need to follow up -correct method.

Qualifications required:

• Experience with garment study is an advantage.
• English skills.
• Computer skills.
