JOB ANNOUCEMENT

1. English Teacher

We are looking for an English teacher to join our Administration team in our modern garment factory in Vientiane, Laos. The person we are looking for is a self-starter with a high energy level, who can take initiative and responsibility, and who has both a good overview and attention to detail, as well as working in a structured manner.

The job:

• Planning lessons that are interesting and relevant to a company's work needs and objectives. (course materials and activities).
• Create the curriculum for each level of students.
• Help students to improve their listening, speaking, reading, writing and vocabulary development.
• Provide feedback on student progress and recommend areas for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress Review students' homework and provide feedback on how to improve their academic performance.
• Provide one-to-one tutoring to students to meet the company's specific needs and objectives.
• Explain difficult concepts by providing examples in a way that the student can understand.
• Maintain student attendance records and communicate with relevant employees.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in arts with a major in English
• IELTS or TOEFL knowledge, experience and certificates are an advantage.
• At least 5 years' experience of teaching English, preferably in a related industry. The ability to work independently, take initiative and take responsibility is a must.
• Strong ability to priorities, plan, execute and report.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
