Job Description:

• Responsible for the entire process of new energy projects in Laos.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, suppliers, local governments, media and other relevant departments.
• Effectively coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, including lawyers, tax accountants, investors, banks, etc., and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
• Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project.
• Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality.

Application Requirements:

• Proficient in Lao, English and Mandarin.
• Sufficient administrative management experience.
• Knowledge of large-scale infrastructure or new energy industry is preferred.
• Based in Laos, report to the Hong Kong group headquarters, strong execution, able to handle multi-threaded work, able to adapt to international business trips and short-term assignments, and have the ability to work independently.
• Understand and be able to communicate the company's business, vision and values externally.
