We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and oversee our full-cycle recruitment. Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events.

Your day at EssilorLuxottica

• Have to know & understand the company procedure and policies and also to cooperate with company in audit activities such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, etc..... moreover to attend the compulsory training course i.e. Orientation Program, Safety Officer Training etc.
• To evaluate new process/ product (validation) together with Production, Manufacturing, Determine company capability to meet those quality requirements and contact to Asia Quality 
• Establish and implement Corrective Action System procedure for preventing the occurrence or recurrence of product non – conformity.
• Analyze Customers complaints to determine the action to prevent recurrence.
• Establish and implement procedure for controlling equipment calibration.
• Assess quality systems of vendors and monitor their quality performance as part of vendor selection process.
• Responsible for implementation of company policies and procedures in their area of work, and with their subordinates. 
• to implement environmental management according to waste management and control procedure, energy and water saving, chemical handling  

Must have

• Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering  or Science in the field of Chemistry / Material /Industrial /Physical  / Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent.
• Desirable/Preferable: Knowledge of quality system minimum requirement but not limit to: ISO13485, ISO9001, and ISO14971– however applicants from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
•  Enrich with quality mindset in Medical Devices or Healthcare environment and have systematic and logical thinking.
• 1-3 year of working experience in ISO13485, ISO9001, and ISO14971
• Project management skills and know- how will be an advantage
• Solid knowledge of Quality system (Document control, Quality audit, Management of change, Risk management)
• Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google drive ) 
• Proficient in English (read, write, speak) and may require to travel in the zone around 10-20%

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing process quality engineer
• Ability to take a leadership role when necessary
• Ability to present to an executive at a business level
• Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
