Logistics/Customs Manager assistants

Ccobato Lao Sole Co Ltd is a subsidiary of Ccobato (Shenzhen) Life Technology Co., Ltd. And our company is located in Lot 247. Savan Seno Special  Economic Zone C-Savan Park KM 10 ,Nongdoun Village, Kaysone Phomvihane City, Savannakhet Province, LAO PDR, Lao PDR. 

The company designs, manufactures, and markets heat-not-burn (HNB) sticks to customers worldwide. The Lao factory was established in March, 2023. As part of business growth, Ccobato is inviting high-calibre candidates to join the team.

Job location: Kaysone Phomvihane District, Savannakhet Province

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in supervising and managing the daily operations of the customs department, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of import shipments from China and dispatch of export shipments to customers.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
3. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
4. Manage the company’s import/export Master List to ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations/policy and to minimize all types of duties.
5. Manage import/export permit to ensure timely and efficient transit of cargos in and/or out of Lao;
6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.
7. Supervise and mentor logistics team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations within the organization.
    

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably with foreign investments in Lao
3. Fluent in English, both written and oral, with strong communication skills. Chinese language is a plus.
4. Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
6. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
7. Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment.
8. Savannakhet locals will be considered as special.
