Our Phu Kham Copper-Gold Operation and our Ban Houayxai Gold-Silver Operation in Laos are both delivering strong production and cost performances and are targeted to reach peak production over the next few years. In addition, the PanAust Group is progressing well in its Stage 1 Feasibility Study of the newly acquired Frieda River Copper Project in PNG

Site-based employees work a roster of 20 days on, 8 days off or 14 days on, 7 days off for shift work, while Vientiane – based employees work 5 days per week with 2 days off.

This position is based at Logistics and Supply - PanAustAsia Department. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a vital role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all inventory items are properly managed, stored, and kept in optimal condition to support smooth warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain safety performance and area to be free from any hazards.
• Conduct parts receiving process.
• Conduct inspection against parts properly to ensure materials are correct and in good working condition.
• Conduct loading unloading activities by forklift and any other equipment.
• Conduct parts issuance process, pick and pack materials properly.
• Conduct stocktaking process and maintain stock accuracy.
• Conduct fuel receipt and issuance.
• Maintain housekeeping at high level standard.
• Maintain security aspect.
• Assisting other team member and store person L3 and Warehouse Team Leader to run day to day job.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment.
• Good computer literacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to handle a diverse range of tasks and a strong aptitude for learning.
• Physical capability to lift heavy items and a willingness to undergo forklift training.
• Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor environments, such as yards.
• A valid light vehicle driver’s license (Categories B and C).
• Ability to speak English is an advantage.
