As part of KOWEPO’s continual success to develop energy internationally, KOWEPO has established KLIC, KOWEPO-LAO International Company based in Vientiane, Lao PDR for the purpose of performing the obligations of the operation and maintenance services that has been transferred to KLIC by KOWEPO.

KLIC head office located at the Vientiane Center was established in September 2016 to maintain the daily administration and management of hiring, training and mobilization of recruits to operate and maintain the facilities associated with the Xe-Pian Xe-Namnoy Hydroelectric Power Project located in the southern provinces of Lao PDR. The management and site team for KLIC comprises of highly experienced professionals that have been assembled to create a dynamic and team oriented group.

As a newly established company, KLIC respects the local culture and labor laws while promoting social, economic and sustainable environmental growth. The goal of the company is to fulfill its commitment and obligations to its partners, staffs, lenders and assist in improving the livelihood of the people of Lao PDR.
