In the year 2004 Lao PDR. had been honored to be the host of many important and prominent International and Regional conferences and historical events. The government of Lao PDR (GOL) assigned Mr. Sakchai Wongmalasith the great honor to construct the “International Trade Exhibition and Convention Center (LAO-ITECC)”. It is the most challenging capability in a limited construction time however the construction excellently successes with the close advice and encouragement from the government by Vientiane Capital. The foundation stone laying ceremony was held on 13/02/2003 and the Vientiane Capital governor gave the honor to attend this ceremony. Afterward, the construction proceeded dramatically and continuously and completely finished within schedule 11 months. LAO-ITECC is the single largest venue to serve many prominent international and regional conferences.
