Nam Theun 1 Power Co., Ltd. (“NT1PC”), a subsidiary of Phonesack Group Co., Ltd. has been incorporated in February 2016 to develop the 650 MW Nam Theun 1 Hydroelectric Power Project in Bolikhamxay Province.  The Project has been granted a long-term concession by the Government of the Lao. PDR and scheduled to reach the commercial operation date in 2022.
