POSITION: QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM LEADER
LOCATION: VIENTIANE BREWERY PLANT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training/coaching of departmental leader and operational teams in VTE rely on action/training plans (competencies and skills). Coaching directly report to work effectively.
- Ensure verification and validation on HACCP, CCP, OPRP are followed according to the plan.
- Cooperate in investigation and root cause analysis in case of risk on FST & QMS occur.
- Support customer & consumer complain management process, actively participate in Quality investigates and risk assessments and monitor, track and ensure legal compliance to the Country legislation.
- Ensure Carlsberg standards & certified ISO are followed effectively.
- Ensure all the system requirements are continuously captured.
- Develop local system standards that ensure compliance with the requirements (if necessary)
- Lead the training around the system standards (10 and 20) of the relevant people within the organization and ensure these standards become practice within the desired time frame.
- Ensure the LBC third party certificates are kept up to date, including the upgrade to new versions of the standards.
- Continuously improve the Quality and Food safety system by Carlsberg Excellence methodology.
- Ensure the internal and external audit planning and effective execution.
- Ensure the periodic Quality Managerial Review Meeting and Reporting
- Primary contact for all external audits and assessments conducted at site(s) including ISO, food safety and other country required compliance assessments.
- Collect information and report complaint to quality manager.
- Set up plan (including GW) and ensure the completion of all information for management review relating to ISO 9001, ISO22000, HACCP, GHP, Hygiene and Quality section.
- Yearly target plan/Action plan to improve QMMS, FST system in place.
- Review all related regulatory requirement relating to QMS, FST on site and approval documented.
- Supporting Carlsberg excellence development in the area of responsibility.
- Ensure yearly training/Refreshing of CCP, OPRP, OP on site to ensure the action plan and verification place are followed.
- Ensure HACCP Team and committee review production process as plan interval (1 time/year)
- Cooperate with FDA to certified product on site.
- Ensure spec of Raw material, Pack material, chemical, process and finish good are capture and practice on site.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- At least bachelor’s degree in chemical, Engineering, Food Science, Other Technical Programs or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years quality or production experience, preferably in FMCG or Food industry, with some time at management level
- Fluent in local language (spoken and written)
- Fluent in English
