POSITION: MARKET DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - WINE
LOCATION: VIENTIANE OFFICE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will report directly to the Category Manager - Wine and will have overall responsibilities including but not limited as following:
- Prospect for new sales opportunities using lead generation, cold calling, social media communication, email and other techniques.
- Organize and develop effective call schedules to efficiently service LBC customers.
- Achieve sales growth objectives within assigned territory.
- Effectively execute sales execution within assigned territory.
- Execute and implement company activities with customers.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Develop customers under the assigned areas to achieve monthly sales targets and KPI.
- Utilizing strong selling skills, develop and understand customer needs.
- Conduct high level of customer service within the assigned territory by attending to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver effective sales presentations during customer meeting that results in increased product penetration and growth.
- Conduct thorough market evaluations and provide the Category Manager with updates on emerging trends and valuable insights.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- At least Bachelor’s in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be target-driven.
- Outgoing, self-motivated, disciplined and organized.
- Good time management skills.
- Persuasive written and verbal communication skills, including strong negotiation skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, as occasional work beyond standard office hours may be required.
- Fluency in English communication is preferred, and knowledge of Chinese would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Ms Office suite
- Driver license A&B
