POSITION:      ELECTRICAL/AUTOMATION ENGINEER - PAKSE

LOCATION:    PAKSE PLANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support for trouble shooting and fault diagnostic for all equipment:

  • Provide technical support to the team regarding all electrical/PLC automation malfunctions for all equipment in the brewery (night shift and weekend included)
  • Provide guidance for trouble shooting and fault diagnostic to shift team and line responsible in order to reduce breakdown time.
  • If shift team or line responsible are not able to solve the problem, has to come on site to support and solve it.

Optimum machines availability and performance:

  • Make sure all machines are in optimum working condition by implementing planned maintenance activities (PM1, PM2)
     Work with Line responsible to solve all breakdown and make sure machine perform as same level than before. If cannot, define actions to bring to normal working condition in the shortest time.
  • Work with line responsible to plan corrective or preventive activities during time allocated by Production dept. to solve defects or to improve machine performance.
  • work with Line responsible on annual overhaul

Spare parts and criticality analysis:

  •  Work with Line responsible on ABC criticality analysis to identify critical spare part for each machine.

Data and Root cause analysis:

  • Work with Line responsible to analyse all breakdown and perform root cause analysis.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical/electronic/automation Engineering
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in brewery industry in Maintenance Dept
  • Good knowledge of PLC – S7
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Good in problem solving and analytical.
  • Good communication skills
  • Work team spirit and team player
  • Knowledge in health and safety
